Sometimes you just need few kind words to get the work done. I need it anyhow by 2 pm today… Sorry, not possible… Yes, you hear me right. This is a day to day situation of all of us. This ANYHOW does not work with honest and talented employees, but yes it may force them to leave the company.

The point to be noted for the company owners, hiring for technicality over attitude may harm your company. Many of Human resource managers working very hard to be more successful in hiring practices and considering Character, Competence and Consistency as major factors. Character, yes this is the BIG word in comparison of Competence and Consistency also demands years to build a moral one. Your words are just the reflection of your character. Here are a few quotes I would like to share with you all:

When words are both true and kind they can change the world.  -Buddha

Rudeness is the weak person’s imitation of strength.  -Eric Hoffer

Before you speak, let your words pass through three gates. Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it kind?  -Sufi Saying

Never worry about numbers. Help one person at a time, and always start with the person nearest you.  -Mother Theresa

If you work really hard and you are kind, amazing things will happen.  -Canan O’Brien

Experienced people says “the greater the difficulty, the greater the glory”. Choice is yours.
